微/納米氣泡臭氧水對尖孢鐮刀菌的殺滅效果研究Disinfection Efficacy of Micro/nano Bubbles Ozone Water on F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopeersici

摘要(Abstract):
為了探索綠色、無殘留、無污染的土壤消毒新方法,研究了微/納米氣泡臭氧水的性質及其對尖孢鐮刀菌的殺滅效果。將尖孢鐮刀菌番茄;筒≡(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici)配成孢子濃度為2.4×104個·m L-1的菌液后,通入微/納米氣泡臭氧水,對病原菌進行滅菌試驗,研究滅菌效果及規律。在此基礎上,將培養的尖孢鐮刀菌均勻噴灑在營養土中,每7d澆灌1次微/納米氣泡臭氧水滅菌,連續澆灌3次,以自來水為對照。試驗結果表明:當水中臭氧濃度為7.3mg·L-1、接觸時間2 min時,對孢子濃度為2.4×104個·m L-1的尖孢鐮刀菌番茄;筒≡臍缏式咏100%;采用濃度為1.2~1.7 mg·L-1和7.8~8.3 mg·L-1的微/納米氣泡臭氧水,對營養土進行3次連續滅菌后,對尖孢鐮刀菌的最終殺滅率分別為76.83%和88.76%。由此可見,利用微/納米氣泡臭氧水對土傳病害中的典型致病菌-尖孢鐮刀菌具有一定的殺滅效果,可作為土壤消毒的一種新方法。
